In its latest update since the completely revamped 2023 KTM SX range, the 2025 KTM SX and 2025 KTM SX-F range have upped the ante when it comes to rider connection, composure, and control – along with the return of a fan favorite. Biggest updates:
- Re-worked frame
- frame area around the shock mount has been updated with material removed (visible cut-outs). Also, the front area of the frame is updated (front triangle with less material) and comes with a different wall thickness compared to the previous model year now.
- MY25 engine mounts with cut-outs enhance chassis flex, shed 300g, maintain stability, and improve cornering.
- Updated tank shrouds with bi-compound plastics.
- Chain glider design updated.
- WP XACT AER Forks:
- Reworked settings for updated frame and rear linkage, improving weight distribution and stiffness. New fork top caps with air pressure sensor prep for potential retrofittable monitoring.
- WP XACT Rear Shock:
- MY25 rear linkage updates enhance rear shock response. Smaller linkage bolt for weight reduction and optimized stiffness.
- Rear brake pedal material updated for increased stiffness and resistance to bending.
- New fuel tank roll for MY25 ensures better fixation, reducing frame scrubbing and enhancing durability.
- New Dunlop GEOMAX MX34 Motocross tires
- New Airbox and inner tube. New material with more durability and stiffness
- New graphics
